Where is the hotel located?
The ICON Hotel & Lounge is conveniently located just 200 meters from Wenceslas Square and 1,200 meters from the Old Town Square.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are offered but are subject to availability.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?
Yes! We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs. However, we regret that we are unable to accommodate cats.

Reservations & Payments

How can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation at the Icon Hotel, you can visit our official website at www.iconhotel.eu. From there, you should be able to check availability, choose your room preferences, and complete the booking. Booking directly through our website offers the best price guarantee and exclusive perks!

What is your cancellation policy?
Public Rate: Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival.
Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or modifications are allowed. The full amount, including room and taxes, will be charged at the time of booking.

Do you require a deposit to book a room?
For Public Rate reservations, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the first night’s amount as a guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and cash in EUR and CZK.
For online reservations or requested pre-payments, we offer to use secure payment link.

Rooms & Amenities

What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Junior Suites.

Do the rooms have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning (available during summer) and central heating.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Are there minibars in the rooms?
Minibars are not available; however, all rooms are equipped with a small fridge.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Yes, our in-house Masala restaurant offers traditional Indian cuisine from various regions of India. For more details, visit masalavodickova.cz/en.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is always included in our room rates.

Do you have parking available?
Private parking is available at a nearby location for €30 per day. Reservation is required. Please contact us at info@iconhotel.eu for availability.

Do you offer laundry or dry-cleaning services?
Yes, we provide laundry and dry-cleaning services through a trusted external company. Please inform our reception team to arrange this service for you.

Transportation

How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?

From the airport
Taxi: We recommend contacting us in advance to avoid overpricing. Reach us at info@iconhotel.eu for assistance.
Public Transport: Take bus 59 from the airport to Nádraží Veleslavín station. Then, take Metro Line A (green line) to Můstek station. Exit towards “Václavské náměstí/Vodičkova
ulice.” The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk away.

From the main train station
Turn right upon exiting the station and walk to the tram stop Hlavní Nádraží. Take tram 9 for 3 stops to Vodičkova. The hotel is a 1-minute walk away.
The hotel is also approximately a 10-minute walk from the main train station.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?
Yes, we provide a private transfer for 850 CZK / €36 per trip. Our driver will meet you at the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name.
Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card. To book, email us at info@iconhotel.eu with the following details:

For larger groups or excess luggage, we can arrange a minivan for 1,150 CZK / €48.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas.
