Check-in

Check-in 15.00 h – 24.00 h
early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and is free of charge

Check-out

Check-out 24.00h – 11.00h
late check-out is subject to availability upon departure and comes with a fee of EUR 50,– / room until 15:00 pm.

Cancellation/ Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to rate type.

Please note that non-refundable payments are charged in local currency (CZK) at the exchange rate on day of booking. 

Children / Extra beds

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs (subject to availability). All older children or adults are charged EUR 35,– per person per night for extra beds (subject to availability). The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed with hotel management before arrival. Extra beds / child's cot/crib can not be provided upon arrival without prior notification.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request. Charges may apply.

Smoking Policy

All hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violating this rule is subject to a penalty of EUR 50,– / night.

Damage to hotel

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay (this includes bed linen, beds, towels, furniture and room as well as hotel equipment). Guests are obliged to check the status of their room upon arrival and notify the management immediately shall there be any damage present. Shall any damage occur, hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for this damage even upon departure.

Pre-authorisation / Credit Card

Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guarantee credit card anytime after the booking is made. Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation or refuse accommodation if the preauthorisation is not successful. Guest is obliged to present a valid credit card upon check-in. Accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express

Identification Documents (ID)

All guests are obliged to present a valid National ID card or Passport upon check-in (driving licence or other IDs are not considered as valid National ID). All guests are obliged to complete and sign registration documents upon check-in.

Damage to guest / Jurisdiction

All guests agree that in case they sustain injury during their stay at The ICON Hotel & Lounge or in the event their property has been damaged, lost or stolen, they will immediately notify the hotel management prior to their departure. All guests also agree that any claim they may rise out of such matters will be subject to laws of Czech Republic and courts of this country shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such claim.
